The thought of sleeping on memory plastic foam or indeed any synthetic material did not impress me.

My major concern was being too hot. I had read complaints about users feeling too warm. Such complaints seemed logical since the foam apparently required body heat to make it work. I was concerned that for someone who is always hot in bed memory foam would not be for me.

Ergoflex^® have obviously taken this problem, or perceived problem, to heart and their claim to effectively help by 'wicking' away the heat rea;;y does seem to work.

I can in all honesty say that I am really not aware of any increased heat - yes I am still hot in bed, but not worse than when on our previous traditional sprung mattress. I AM CONVERTED!

Whilst writing let me tell you that you will not believe the speed and efficient manor with which your order is dealt. You will also have a shock at the size of the package when it arrives. When you start to unwrap the package the contents grows like Jack's beanstalk. Make sure you have someone with muscles to help.

Our double, queen's size is really quite firm, but not hard.

Having seen and tried a Tempur mattress in a local retail store, I decided to do some research on-line about memory foam mattresses. I looked at lots of different manufacturer's and supplier's before coming across the name of Ergoflex^® on a You Tube video. I then looked at the Ergoflex^® website and read the very detailed information on memory foam mattresses and in particular the section comparing the Ergoflex^® product with the market-leading name of Tempur.

I decided to purchase a standard double mattress from Euroflex. But before doing so, I spoke to a sales advisor at Euroflex to clarify a few points about the mattress and the available accessories. I found the advisor to be extremely helpful and courteous.

The mattress arrived the next day. After opening the package and leaving the mattress for a few hours to expand and air, we slept on it that night. It took a bit of getting used to on the first couple of nights. However, by the 3rd night everything was ok and we had a good night's rest.

The really good thing that I have noticed is that I now do not get up with the usual aches and pains that I had with our previous mattress (which is only 2 years old).

It really does go to show that you don't always have to pay the highest price to get what you really want, and more importantly actually need.

My wife and I wanted to replace our 10 year old IKEA mattress. We had heard about memory foam mattresses so decided to give it a go as she sometimes gets aches and pains from the gym and I have longer term back issues.

After a bit of research we settled for the Ergoflex^® Euro King Size as offering the best features for the money (and much cheaper than the "leading brand" - no names needed). There is also a sale on at the moment on their website which we took advantage of. If you have an IKEA bed remember to measure it to check whether it is European King size (width 160cm) as opposed to standard UK King size (width 150 cm).

It arrived promptly by TNT all rolled up in a cardboard box. Reasonably heavy but easily movable by two people. Having got it out of the box and put it on the bed frame (with a clearly labelled This Side Up) the outer plastic was easy to remove and with a bit of heaving the mattress filled the bed frame perfectly. At this point it is still shrink wrapped. Then we removed the second layer of plastic and watched in wonder as the mattress foam self-inflated up to its full height (which is the height I would say of a premium normal mattress). They recommend 4 hours for this stage, although it seems to reshape quicker. We also bought the Ergoflex^® mattress protector which fitted perfectly.

And the verdict: well, we loved it - great night's sleep and none of the issues about "sinking into sand" which we had heard with other memory foam mattresses. Heat? Ok very slightly warmer where the mattress touches the body, but not really noticable (and it is summer...).

All in all very pleased and would certainly recommend to others.

Different feel to previous traditionally sprung mattress but have quickly got used to it. Very comfortable and has eased a particular problem I was experiencing with my right hip when sleeping on that side. Furthermore my wife who insists on rising early no longer disturbs me as the mattress no longer transmits her movement to my side so I get to sleep a bit longer...yippee.

Nothing negative to say; we both love it and very good value too.

We are so, so happy with these mattresses. Our super king mattress we bought 6 years ago is still my favourite ever buy and the value for money for the quality of the mattress we received is exceptional - well done Ergoflex^® - at last a company that can live up to its claims! Mattress comfy and has a bit of give - so firm but not too hard.

Had it a few days and sleeping well on it.

Usual chemical smells as with all foam matresses but nothing out of the ordinary.

Can sleep just as well on my side, back or front.

It's not the cheapest but you only get what you pay for.

I bought a King Size Mattress after a friend recommended it to me. All I can say is ErgoFlex has made my year. I have been struggling to find a mattress to ease my aches and pains to no avail until I bought my memory foam matress. I have always been a bit wary to memory foam as I haven't heard good reviews from friends who have one. All I can say is they should of bought an Ergoflex^® mattress. It is fantastic. Not too soft and not too firm. It supports my back and my aching hips and I now wake in the morning feeling refreshed and pain free after a good night sleep. I can't rave about my mattress enough and have already introduced too more friends who are about to place an order. The delivery was very fast and on time. Yes there is a chemical smell to the foam , but hey a minor detail which shortly disappears. Again I absolutely love it.

Received the ergoflex double memory foam mattress and pillows next day as expected. I was surprised just how heavy the mattress was; it weighs a tonne but this reflects the high quality of the product. I could manage to get it up two flights of stairs no problem in the box but the weight is something to bear in mind. Once out of the packaging and unraveled upon my bed I realised it was the wrong way up. Turning it over proved difficult due to the weight but I managed it fine.

Once the mattress had fully inflated I lay upon the bed and pillows and... it was bliss compared to my old mattress. It was soft and comfortable yet I could feel my back being supported in a way it hadn't been being previously. If I had to describe the feeling of lying on this mattress and pillows in one word it would be 'satisfying'. It just feels really satisfying and pleasing to lie on. The memory foam does smell for a few days but it wasn't a big deal for me and it's gone now.

Straight away my back began to feel better and my sleep deeper; I find I have deeper, clearer dreams due to a less restless sleep. I love this mattress and am very pleased with my purchase. At the sale price I think it's very good value compared to other similar priced mattresses as higher density memory foam and a generous amount of it. Even not at the sale price it seems suitably priced and still a lot cheaper than the leading brand. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants a top quality memory foam mattress but doesn't want to pay silly prices.

WOW! Bought this mattress last week and we are really impressed. We have had a Tempur mattress for the last six years. It was guaranteed to last 15 years, but It has proved to be a disappointment. Ergoflex^® have come up with a winner, this mattress is excellent, looks and feels like the Tempur, but with a huge price difference.

At first I was worried about buying a mattress without having tried it out first. Trying out similar products in stores confirmed I wanted a memory foam mattress. Service and delivery were very efficient. The mattress was heavy to get up stairs but it unrolled and self "inflated" nicely. There was no smell like some reviews suggest. The mattress was a little firmer than I expected and took some nights to get used to. We have had it for a couple of months now and absolutely love it. I cannot feel when my husband turns over, or even gets into or out of bed. It is a great size (super king) with loads of room. Sleeping in other beds is now noticeably more uncomfortable. I've slept on a Tempur mattress since 2005, and I've also had the misfortune to have slept on cheap low-density memory foam that deforms after a few months of use. Because of this I was initially sceptical of Ergoflex^® claims to be comparable to the market leader, but there was no way I could afford a Tempur Super King Size so after reading many good reviews I decided to take the risk. I needn't have worried. The Ergoflex^® is the only memory foam mattress I've found that can approach the quality of Tempur - it's more or less a Tempur clone, although there are some slight differences in perceived firmness. I would say the Ergoflex^® is very slightly firmer than a standard Tempur mattress, but not in a way that feels in any sense uncomfortable. Personally I would rather have the extra support provided by the high-density Ergoflex^® than the overly soft memory foam found in other UK viscoelastic mattresses. It's a personal preference, but if you like sleeping on a Tempur then you'll be very pleased with the Ergoflex^®, particularly at their sale prices. Certainly one of the best purchases I've made, and great customer service too.

For a number of months my rapidly growing teenage son had been complaining about tired he was, not actually due to late nights or wild parties but because he said he was having difficulty sleeping! He became very grumpy in the mornings and we just learned to leave him alone rather than ask how he was. He started to complain about how uncomfortable his "old" mattress was and how it was pointless in him going to bed at a reasonable hour, as he just couldn't get to sleep. All the reviews about this one seemed to be very favourable, especially in comparason with the more expensive Tempur mattress and so I took the plunge and ordered An Ergoflex^® double mattress. It arrived mid-morning the next day - a very efficient service! I was a little concerned when the courier delivered the mattress rolled up in a cardboard box, but rapidly-growing-teenage-son quickly grabbed the box and was then bounding upstairs with it. It was out the protective plastic covering and on the bed in the flash of an eye! I need not have worried, it sprang back into shape immediately.

The end result is one very happy teenage son (I even got a hug!) He now goes to bed at a reasonable hour, even though he is still on his summer holidays. Wonders will never cease! He is sleeping very well and says the mattress is just great! However, I can see what my next battle might be - getting him out of his comfortable bed when school starts again in September!

We bought a king size mattress in May 2012 and are very pleased with it. The Ergoflex^® website, as well as the Review Centre, has a huge amount of information on it which seems to be accurate and the composition of the Tempur and Ergoflex^® mattresses seem to be very similar. The mattress arrives vacuum packed so takes a few hours to expand to its full size. It also has quite a strong chemical smell initially which gradually goes away. It's not enough to make it unpleasant to sleep on, though. We wanted to try one before buying and their advice was to try a medium/hard Tempur one, which we did in the local branch of the Dreams chain. It can be a bit misleading, though, because the ones in the showrooms are well bedded-in having had a considerable amount of use. We found ours a bit hard for the first month or so, although it still moulded to our body shapes. Once bedded-in it was noticeably softer. We turned the mattress round a few weeks ago (you're supposed to do it every 3 months or so) and it was noticeably harder again for a while. We certainly have far fewer aches and pains now than we did with the old mattress. We were also concerned about being overheated but we haven't found this to be a problem, and we have had some very hot night-time temperatures recently. All in all we’re very pleased indeed with our purchase.

I am so happy that i was recommended to look at your website by a equally happy friend (and past customer of ergoflex!). Although worried about not being able to try it in a shop i went on her recommendation and didnt need to worry. The matress has almost changed my life. I have had back pain for a long long time and even in a few nights my pain has reduced considerably and i no longer get out of bed feeling as though i have done ten rounds in a boxing ring!. This also makes a difference to how i feel in the day, i had underestimated the impact the matress would have on me!!. Initially I thought the mattress would be soft and I will sink in, surprisingly it was firm. It feels soft and luxurious when moving in bed. Man needs a peaceful sleep to make the following day fruitful. This bed just does that. Once you lie down you will automatically feel comfortable in the very first position leading to sleep. It is warm and cosy. My little daughter is generally awake till the lights go out. But this bed seems to have changed the pattern.

The problems I faced is I am unable to turn immediately for it needs more effort which is difficult when u r sleepy.

You need a good pillow to go with it. If not you might end up with stiff neck.

You will get adjusted to the new way of sleep position in a week.

We have been sleeping on this mattress for about a month now, we wanted to wait a while to be able to give a fair review.

This is the mattress for us. We are both sleeping much better and not aching so much in the mornings. The mattress did have a strong smell for several days but it didn't bother us at all. For about a week we weren't sure if we had bought another mattress that after just a few months we would be taking it to the tip, but after about 10 nights we were completely converted and ergoflex mattresses are definitely the ones for us.

I have a problem with my left shoulder and elbow and I do feel that it's not been so bad since having this mattress.

If I had to criticise in any way it would be that iI found it rather difficult to remove and replace the zipped cover that came with it as washing was recommended to help eliminate the strong smell.

The mattress comes packaged very tightly which does make it easier to drag upstairs. I unpacked it and left it to expand on my bed - no need for assistance. There was a pungent smell that lasted possibly a week or more but it doesn't last. I'd read some comments about the mattress being really warm - even through the summer I can't say that I noticed this any more than I had done with the previous mattress. One possible downside is that, if you have fitted sheets, they won't completely cover the mattress as it is substantially thicker than a tradional mattress. Overall, very pleased with this purchase particularly as I was considering rival products but was struggling to come to terms with the cost of them. It is such a delight to get into this bed - you don't so much get into it as sink into it, with a huge sigh of pleasure. You can feel it supporting your body everywhere that it is in contact with the mattress, and although it feels beautifully soft you can sense the even weight distribution so that no part of you is taking the strain.

Get the pillow too! They are lovely and mould to your head, neck and shoulders so you can keep your neck in a comfortable position. I swear my husband has snored less since getting the pillows.

This is a fantastic mattress at a fraction of the cost of the other well known brand. Easy to order and delivery was spot on. The mattress comes vacuum packed so makes it easier to transport up the stairs. From a spring coil mattress to memory foam has really changed my sleeping routine, I sleep more deeper and seem to have less aches and pains when getting up first thing in the morning. I really had no idea the memory foam could change these things. On the negative side, I would say depending on how much quilt you have on top, the mattress can prevent as much airflow under the body, so you can sweat a little, but its not too bad and really in the balance of things, the good outweighs the bad. First off the ordering process was simple and delivery was refreshingly simple. Maybe I'm just jaded from too many experiences from cheap courier firms!

Very happy with quick delivery. Smell lasted 3-4 days but not overpowering and you get used to it. Had backache with old mattress but not with the Ergoflex^®. Very comfortable. Only drawback for me is that I found I got too hot in summer months, even though we had low tog duvet or just sheet. Hubby doesn't find it too hot. With old mattress there were cold spots in bed in winter months but with Ergoflex^® it is warm and we are still only using summer duvet. On the whole we are very satisfied. Have suffered with arthritis in my knees and hips and have woken several times at night in pain. The time had come to renew my current mattress and I looked at a lot of reviews about the latest mattresses and decided that the praise given to memory foam seemed the ideal answer. After 7 years of hip and back pain, I have tried everything to help it. TENS machine, pain killers, lying with 4 pillows under my knees, acupuncture, chinese massage. Some treatments worked better than others, some were expensive, some gave minor temporary relief.

I have recently bought Ergoflex^® mattress and would thoughrely recommend this product. This is the second Ergoflex^® mattress bought for my family.

Befor I go on to write about the product, I would like to thank the customer service staff for all their support. Many thanks to them for making the purchase a pleasant experience.

As for the mattress, I suffer from Hyper Mobility Syndrom and related conditions of Chronic Fatigue & Chronic Pain (Fibromyalgia). Hper Mobility means that I dislocate my joints including hips easily. Having slept on the mattress, I have felt intense relief from the pain and it seems to support my joints in such a way that I am not over streching them.

My daughter, too has nothing but praise for this product and she has been using it for over a year now.

So, whether, you have any medical condition or not, this is a very reasonable buy and with 10 years guarantee, you can not go wrong. I have not come across any other make that offers the same sort of guarantee or custome service.

After trying a tempur mattress in the shop but not being able to justify the extra expense we decided to go for a ergoflex. The website was really easy to use and the mattress arrived the very next day! We opened the packaging and watched it expand before our every eyes then started to get extremely excited about going to bed. Admittedly it did smell Anita the first two nights but not enought to stop me getting an amazingly comfortable nights sleep.

I love the way you just sink right in and feel like your being cradled in your sleep.

it is slightly firmer than the tempur in my opinion but its nice that theres no difficulty turning over in the night.

my worries about it being too hot have been put to rest as i actually needed a thicker duvet than my last cheaper foam mattress.

finally i would like to add that my back which has been clicking for the last 5 years has suddenly decided to stop and I've only been sleeping on the mattress for 3 nights, so it must be doing something good.

My mum needed to replace an 8 year old Tempur original mattress and was shocked at the £1000 price tag. I did a bit of research on the internet and found out about Ergoflex^®. I got the single mattress in the winter sale and it was a 1/4 of the Tempur price. We had been looking for a new mattress for a while and after some research found the Ergoflex^® website, we were a little apprehensive about ordering from the internet without actually trying but decided to go ahead after reading the excellent reviews it received.

I ordered and it was delivered the next day, as mentioned in other reviews it takes a few hours to expand to normal size and there is a slight clinical smell but this soon wears off. It was the first time myself or my partner had slept on a memory foam mattress so it took a little getting use to but we have found it very comfortable. I sometimes suffer from hip pain but this hasnt been a problems since using it. Noticeably warmer than our old matress but not uncomfortably so.

Very pleased with every aspect of dealing with Ergoflex^® and have already recommended to friends and family.

My wife and I had been meaning to change our ordinary mattress for a long time to memory foam. However the high street prices kept puting us off, then I happened to do an internet search to find out if there was an alternative to Tempur" and found Ergoflex^® and could not believe the price difference. At first I was very suspicious but looking at the excelent reviews I started to make a like for like comparison with ergoflex, Tempur and other brands. we decided to go for an Ergoflex^® standard double which we ordered on 15/03/13 and asked for it to be delivered on the 19/03/13. It was delivered, on time, early morning and after taking it out of the box I found it very easy to take it up to the bedroom take off the plastic rapping and let it unfurl on the bed, it soon began to expand like bakers dough.

Our first night was spent in luxurious comfort and despite the warnings of a chemical smell we found it was not unpleasant, just that "Newness smell" that you get with a variety of new goods.

Having been waking day after day with aching back and neck I had been looking to purchase a new mattress for about 5 months. After trawling a number of bedding stores and trying a number of different types of mattresses I became so confused as to what to go for and because you only try them for a few minutes its difficult to make a decision and you want to make the right one because of the price you can pay for a decent mattress. This is my second Ergoflex^® purchase in five years, this one is for my daughter, and we didn’t hesitate in choosing the brand again having had such great sleep over the years. I’ve had my mattress for a month now and I’m very pleased with it. It took a few nights to get used to the mattress it replaces was quite a few years old so I’d expected some difference. Memory foam matresses come in all shapes and sizes. It felt a bit risky to simply buy on line without being able to try it out but the reviews were uniformly excellent so we took the chance.

It "exploded" into full size as we unwrapped it and, having opened all the windows and the patio doors, we retreated downstairs and to allow the room to air.

It felt so different from our previous top of the range "ordinary matress" but, by the following morning the usual early morning stiffness was already less.

Over the next few we noticed continuing improvements. Going away on holiday, even to top grade hotels, is now a surprise. We are more comfortable at home than we have even been before.

This is the second mattress bought from ERGOFLEX. Delivery as promised. Product in 1st class condition. A little strange in first use but within a few days the mattress proved to be so comfortable and my nightly backaches disappeared. Both my wife and I agree never to buy a traditional mattress again. Only point to make is that we use it on sprung divan base and it does tend to creep sideways and undersheets also move. However,it is recommended that a firm base be used,so this would possibly cure the problem.

A small issue compared with the benefits. When I did speak to them before buying my daughter's single,she was most obliging and helpful. Well done ERGOFLEX. A Good price in the Sale. No over heating problems either.

We have always bought ViSpring mattresses which we thought brilliant. Decided to look round all the main shops in Milton Keynes and were impressed with Tempur. Our Dr daughter has one of these mattresses, they were developed for the comfort of space travellers...after hunting on the internet I found Ergoflex^® and deflection vs load specifications..I then questioned the manager at Dreams and he did not seem to understand the physics side of the spec. he said there was absolutely nothing to compare with Tempur....I know this is not true and talked to the man at Ergo and decided to go for one. The price was half Tempur and about a tenth of the Vi Spring..I am delighted particularly for the back problem I have had since an RTA 18 months ago. I can go to bed with an aching tired back and wake up refreshed and all the back ache has gone. It would be no exageration to say that everyone should have one at least to spend a couple of nights on one.

Lovely mattress', extremely comfortable. When I was pregnant I was forever tossing and turning during the night but never disturbed my husband once. We purchased our kingsize ergoflex mattress about 3 years ago and it's been top notch, no complaints at all. One of the big differences from the start was that we didn't disturb each other nearly so much when we moved around or got out of bed as we had with our old, sprung mattress. Luckily while in Grad school I found out about Ergoflex^®. I decided to order the Single and slept on it for a year before leaving the UK. Unfortunately it was too expensive to ship to Italy after it was already fully expanded I left it behind.

Slept fantastic on it, equivalent to my previous Tempurpedic at 90% the cost! I could not find anything close to the Ergoflex^® in Italy at this price point so I just called Ergoflex^® again, got a new one shipped to Italy instead! Very happy customer, going on my 2nd Ergoflex^®, have been sleeping on it for the last 2 years, fantastic.

It is not often you come across a product that you can find no fault with, and believe me I am fussy! This mattress is brilliant. Surprisingly heavy, but we managed to haul upstairs before removing the outer layers.

We particularly like the heavy duty protection covers, that ensured the mattress arrived in good order.

We wondered once removing the clear layers if it would spring out and engulf us both!!

It was fascinating to watch (not continuously) the gradual expansion to its full size.

We have now spent one night on the new mattress, and apart from the smell being activated every time we moved in bed, it has already proved to be supremely comfortable. It has certainly highlighted how poor our old mattress was.

I've had a bad back for a while and I was recommended to switch my mattress to a memory foam. I wanted to get a good one as I didn't want to make my back problems worse. I checked out everything that was available online and in stores. I also did research about the quality of the memory foam, tthe density of the foam, thickness of the mattress and durability. My conclusion was that the Ergoflex^® offers an equivalent mattress in terms of quality and comfort to the leading brand but at half the price given their excellent sales prices.

The experience of sleeping on the Ergoflex^® is totally different and much better than sleeping on a traditional pocket sprung mattress. The whole of my spine is supported and cushioned. It feels as though I'd had a relaxing massage when I wake up in the morning and my back pain is hugely improved.

I would highly recommend Ergoflex^® for anyone with back problems and everyone who wants the best night's sleep possible.

Having seen an advert featuring Ergoflex^® in the Metro newspaper, I placed my order at the last minute (2pm) in the hope that I would be able to take delivery the following day. I was lucky enough that the order was placed in time. I had a follow-up call to confirm a few details and was pleased that the mattress/pillows were delivered at 10am the following day. Was impressed that the mattress, whilst folded tightly in a box, as if by magic, expanded in depth over the new few hours. There was a slight residual smell which quickly disappeared once exposed to fresh air. I would recommend this product (and matching pillows) for those who want a quality product (impressed too by the quality of the bags in which the pillows arrived - these can be re-used for storage purposes). After a few days (or should that be nights?), I can vouch that I have reported no problems nor discomfort, and remain convinced that Ergoflex^® is on a par with a well-known supplier of memory foam mattresses retailing at a far higher price. Overall, the mattress is firm and encased in a washable cover.

I had a quality memory foam mattress in Canada and knew that they were great. I couldn't bring my memory foam mattress with me when I moved to the UK, so I hoped that I would be able to find a suitable replacement. After an extensive search, I came upon the Ergoflex^® site. They don't have a ton of different mattresses instead they offer one solid mattress in every size. We ordered a king so we would have lots of room to move around. Once I got the mattress, it was nothing to open up the vacuum bag, spread out the mattress and watch it unfold. Within a couple of hours it was ready to go. My husband and I have been sleeping on this mattress for a couple of weeks now and I have to say that this memory foam mattress is even better than my first one. I was unsure about buying a memory foam mattress having slept on very firm mattresses for many years, but it was the only thing that I hadn't tried to ease a persistent back-pain problem. After a few days sleeping on the Ergoflex^® mattress my back pain seemed to move around different areas which I attribute to some sort of readjustment as after three weeks or so it had more or less disappeared and I no longer felt at risk of "locking up" first thing in the morning. Early days yet, but my back feels ten years younger.

The mattress feels firm to sleep on but with some give in all the right places and is very comfortable. The ordering process was trouble free and delivery remarkably quick. The product appears to have all the quality of the brand leader at half the price and feels far superior to the cheaper versions found in some retail outlets. The mattress had a slight chemical smell on opening but after phoning Ergoflex^®, this is normal and did soon pass. Having recently moved home I had the misfortune of hurting my back carrying boxes and the general stress of moving. I attended clinics and sought out medical assistance to treat the pain. I started looking at my posture in sitting and sleeping and became curious about memory foam. I read reviews about memory foam, how and why it was developed, the benefits and the shortfalls.

I had not heard of them before and found they were very helpful when ordering, prompt delivery, with good instructions for setting the mattress up. It came pre wrapped coiled up so moving it into the bedroom was really easy, after opening and airing it out for the prescribed time I lay down on it and sure enough it was as good as they said. After two nights sleeping on the new mattress my back pain had gone. Wonderful.

I had no problems with overheating in the summer as some reviews said there would be.

I love it and look forward to getting to bed each night. I would recommend this mattress to anyone. I would also recommend Ergoflex^® as they do seem to be good at what they do.

The Ergoflex^® website gave plenty of information about their Memory Foam Matresses, they had plenty of previous buyer reviews which persuaded me to buy from them having researched the best and the worst of the reviews. Ordering the product from their website was simple and straightforward, the length of delivery from order was about 2 days and delivery of the product was on time and undamaged. The matress is heavy than one might think and was slightly arkward to get upstairs to the bedroom something that people should take into account if they are elderly or infirm. Unpacking the matress is straight forward leave it for a few hours on the bed and the matress will install itself. There is a bit of a smell from it as I expected but I found this dissappeared within a few days and even when just unpacked it wasn't hugely unpleasant. Since getting the mattress my sleep quality has improved and I no longer suffer from the aches and pains my previous mattress left me with. Some of the reviews complain that the matress can make you extra hot in bed, but I can't say I have found this a problem. All in all I'm more than happy with the product and the service I received.

As I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis I find that this mattress helps rest all my limbs, but is especially good for my back. Ergoflex^® seemed a good price, but not compromising on quality. Initially we found the mattress too hard, but we had three layers between us and the mattress. Once we removed two, it was much better. We have subsequently bought two single memory foam mattresses for our children. The initial smell from the foam went within a few days and hasn't been an issue.

My Ergoflex^® mattress has given me deep, restful sleep ever since the first night I slept on it:)) I was expecting there to be a significant smell from the memory foam but this proved not to be the case. I aired the mattress, as suggested, with windows open for a few hours after it arrived and there was virtually no odour, it certainly didn't prevent a very good night's sleep!

Once a month I'm on Street Pastor duty, meaning I don't get to bed until 4.30am but I immediately fall into a deep sleep, awaking refreshed - I'm amazed by the difference it has made to my sleep pattern.

I like the fact that it's light to manoeuvre and I had no difficulty unwrapping it and lifting it onto the bed base. A friend recommended this make to me and I'm very grateful for the advice. I thoroughly researched memory foam mattresses before my purchase so I knew that this was good value and easily competes with the dearest mattress on the market - in fact I think it's better!!

When the mattress arrived we noticed a good depth to this particular one compared to the previous memory foam mattress we had owed. The only negative thing we noticed was the smell but we knew what to expect and it did disappear within a few days.

I can only find one minor fault with this mattress compared to my last one and that is it does not have handles on the side so is very difficult to lift when trying to put on a fitted sheet.

Comfort wise is it far superior to our last one probably because it is thicker, I hope it last as long 9 years we had the last one for.

I purchased a single mattress first and I was so delighted with it I purchased a kingsize! The mattress is extremely comfortable, no roll together, not too warm and it really does make going to bed enjoyable. I bought the double for myself about 6 months ago and it is so comfortable. I bought the single size for my mother who has just come out of hospital, as they are very similiar to the foam hospital mattresses which she has found much better for her than spring mattresses. It's amazing how tight we all are when it comes to buying an "expensive" mattress. When you break it down it's only pennies a night and what price can you put on such a good night's sleep?

Was a bit nervous buying without trying but other reviewers are right - this mattress is soooooo comfy. It came when Ergoflex^® said it would, exactly as planned. It was easily assembled. I've never slept better.

The only con which has been mentioned before is the smell - however this only lasts a couple of days and I would gladly put up with the smell if it meant I can continually sleep as good as I have been.

As a firefighter, I'm always full of aches and pains but waking up sore is now down to my own doing (ie exercising) not from my bed.

I knew we needed a new matress as my partner suffers with a bad back and was sleeping poorly. I had heard good things said about memory foam matresses, so I did some extensive research on the Internet. After much debate on the matter with my partner we decided upon an Ergoflex^® matress, even though it cost quite a bit more than some others claiming to be memory foam matresses. I had, however, read an independent article which identified that to gain the benefits of memory foam you needed a matress that was constructed entirly from foam in the correct fashion, and not one just topped with foam.

So we ordered our new matress, which arrived on the day it was supposed to arrive, in the morning. My partner was out at work, and although the packed, rolled matress was quite heavy I was able to drag it up the stairs to the bedroom unaided. As our bed base had pine slats I had already placed some laminated boards on these to make a firm, even base. I unpacked and unrolled the matress and left it to expand and settle. I was a little concerned, from some of the reviews I had read, that the smell might be off-putting, but by that evening only a trace of odour remained and we were able to sleep on our new matress quite happily.

The Ergoflex^® matress took a little getting used to as it felt at first that it would collapse under our weight when sat or laid upon, quite different from a standard matress. We soon go used to how it feels and both sleep very well on it. We have had the matress about nine months now, and neither of us would go back to a standard matress. I would recommend a good memory foam matress to anyone who can afford one. I feel confident it was a very good investment and will probably last me the rest of my life (I am nearly 70). I can say that my Ergofles matress lives up to every claim made for it by the manufacturers, and that is a rare thing these days. We have just one problemn with it - getting out of bed in the mornings!

I purchased a double size mattress for the spare bed and couldn't tell the difference in firmness between this and and the tempur mattress we have on our existing bed. We've used a waterbed for nearly 25 years. It was extremely comfortable for me but over the last few months my partner developed a severe backache (her age I think). Reluctantly I agreed to look at replacing our waterbed with a 'normal' bed, but only if we had a memory foam mattress.

I was looking for a replacement for my sprung mattress, which I didn't find very comfortable or relaxing and although I had not previously slept on a memory foam mattress I read the reviews on the website and decided that I would 'take the plunge' and buy Ergoflex^® memory foam. I bought a super king size mattress, which has far exceeded my expectations of a comfortable nights sleep. I use the mattress with an Ergoflex^® mattress ptotector, and both items together provide a luxurious surface, which responds in a very unique way to movement. Firm in response to sudden movements, but also soft as it slowly remoulds to the contours of your body. There are no seams at the edge of the mattress, no buttons or ridges; just a constant smooth surface from one side to the other. The luxurious feel extends to the edge of the mattress; there is no feeling of rolling-off if you choose to sleep near the edge.

I was so pleased with the mattress that I bought a second mattress for the other bedroom. Both orders were delivered when agreed and in good condition. I purchased via the website on both occasions.

It took 2 people to carry the super king mattress box upstairs, but I do recommend carrying the box, or inner sealed bag to the bed frame and not opening the seal beforehand because the mattress expands very quickly once the seal is broken.

People have mentioned the smell from the new mattress. I noticed the smell, but it was not offensive and had fully dissipated within 24-48 hours.

I bought the mattress in the 50% off sale, so it's fantastic value and worth every penny. I took the risk of buying without trying, trusting that something with over 1000 positive reviews must be good and I am thoroughly overjoyed with my purchase.

We had strong reservations about buying a memory foam mattress.Numerous people advised they were hot to sleep on which concerned us. However we went ahead and purchased from Ergoflex^® who provided prompt and excellent service. The weight of the mattress was something we did not expect, but once installed is no problem.

We found it took several weeks to get used to the completely different feel of the memory foam mattress, but once settled it has become the most comfortable mattress on which we have slept. The claim they are hot to sleep upon is not an issue. They are different in this respect from spring mattresses but not significantly so. They are certainly good for aching backs and hips.

All in all a very good purchase and we are considering installing one in the spare bedroom.

I am a Postman and as you would expect I need a really good sleep as I'm up fairly early. I decided to buy right away as they were having a Winter Sale and I thought it was a good opportunity to take a 'gamble' on a product I couldn't try out in a shop. I ordered over the phone, requested a delivery date and was given info. regarding tracking my order, e-mail notification etc. The salesperson was pleasant to talk to which I find a plus these days!

Mattress arrived as expected, was well packaged and in pristine condition. I also purchased two memory foam pillows by the way, again taking advantage of the sale price. The mattress is rolled and vacuum packed in plastic so on arrival you take it out of the box,place the roll on a smooth surface i.e. your bed, unwrap and unfurl it. After three or four hours the mattress rises to its normal state. There is a slight chemical smell given off from the product which will gradually dissapate after a few days but it's not obnoxious or anything.

Well, after all the build up came the test. All I can say is for me the Ergoflex^® mattress is money well spent. My wife and I have slept like a log since and only wake up to go to the toilet! I have every confidence it will serve us well and as stated it's guaranteed for ten years anyway. (Some people have mentioned they get hot when sleeping on memory foam but my wife and I don't have an issue with this). When you're spending hundreds of pounds of your hard-earned money on a product you expect the best..... you will not be disappointed.

I first saw ergoflex a while ago when looking at memory foam mattresses. Like most people, I was slightly skeptical about buying online when I couldn't see the mattress for myself and gage on anything other than words. Luckily for me, a family member had purchased a bed from them a few weeks later as they said it sounded perfect and the price was incredible. I however was a bit more hesitant as I have a spinal condition and didn't want to spend my money on something I couldn't test run - so I waited until their bed arrived to help make my decision. As you can tell from the fact I'm writing this review, I ended up buying one!

The bed is so comfortable. A half an hour power nap turned into a 4 hour sleep and a sleepless night became a rarity, I just have to keep the caffeine content down! The name ergoflex is going to get bigger in the next few months, so watch out, but as long as they keep the prices the same - they have no competition.

In terms of buying from Ergoflex^®, well let's start with the prices:
- you won't find prices like this anywhere else, especially when you go for a bigger bed size, and you won't find this kind of quality either. - yes, you will be asked to pay an on top fee for postage - but come on, it's a WHOLE bed, what are you expecting? Unless you'd rather have them hide that in the total price, personally I wouldn't, I like their honesty.

The correspondence & delivery:
They email you straight away, give you a contact number/address and if there are any problems, they call you personally to speak to you and correct the mistake.

They email you your dispatch number, estimated delivery date, also telling you the courier they have used.

The only one snag they have, which, to me, they can't be blamed for is the delivery times - the time ranges between 8am and 6pm. Now this does mean you'll have to have someone there the whole day to wait for it - but now you know this, you can make those arrangements when you finally buy yourself one! Anyway, I think this is down to the courier, not ergoflex.

Once the bed is delivered, my experience was great, the guy helped wouldn't let me lift a finger and brought it into the house for me as it was very heavy and didn't want me getting injured!

I researched the market on line for memory foam mattresses and tested out the major competition in store. It all added up to 'why pay at least 50% more for a similar product?'. Hence I ordered the Ergoflex^® mattress and pillows on a Wednesday and asked for it to be delivered two days later. All through the process Ergoflex^® kept me up to date on my order. The vacuum package arrived and the next stage was incredible to watch. Hint : do what Ergoflex^® ask i.e. lay it on a flat surface. I would add 'on the bed that you are placing the new mattress on!'

After a few hours the process was complete. Incredible to think that it came out of the box it arrived in. The smell that other reviews talked about was there but opening windows has virtually removed the odour after 24 hours. It did not stop us sleeping on it that first evening.

Advising about the product, how to get the best out of the mattress and how best to look after & protect it once received. Not a fan of financial

I decided to opt for the Ergoflex^® Super King size mattress based on reviews and 'testing' the more expensive Tempur products although I didn't spend a night on the Tempur models as the shop was closing. Although you can’t test Ergoflex^® I wouldn't let that put you off - the quality and comfort are great. The more affordable price was also a big factor. Delivery may seem expensive but with delivery the next day it’s well worth it.

Our super king size mattress arrived vacuum packed and in a box, it can be moved by yourself although with some difficulty so two people would be preferable. Try and locate the 'This Way Up' label before you remove the vacuum pack as once the mattress starts to expand it is difficult to rotate it and position it on the base.

We replaced our sprung mattress which was showing body imprints and although less than a week old the Ergoflex^® is proving to be an invaluable replacement. There is still a very slight odour detectable when you first go near to the mattress but that soon passes and to be honest I’m never awake long enough to notice it. We also bought two memory foam pillows which are also quality.

 

All in all I’m more than pleased with the mattress and would definitely recommend Ergoflex^®.

This was my first ever purchase of a memory foam mattress, so I was slightly dubious about purchasing online and therefore not being able to go to a shop and try it out. Lots of info on the Ergoflex^® website though, and this was enough to put my mind at rest.

After making the purchase, communication was great. I got the usual confirmation email but also details of the dispatch date, carrier etc.

Delivery was very prompt and the mattress was well packed and protected.

Unpacking was novel - watching your new mattress inflate and grow to its correct size was a new experience! As per the FAQ, there was a slight smell from the new mattress, but it was not particularly unpleasant and dissipated quite quickly.

The mattress is amazingly comfortable, I get a better quality of sleep, less aches and pains, and it really is a revolution when compared to my old, worn out sprung mattress.

The biggest problem is getting out of bed. If did not have to eat, work, etc I would still be lying on it and would not be writing this review...

I did quite a lot of research into memory foam mattresses, before placing an order. I found the Ergoflex^® website extremely informative, and that is probably what tipped the balance for me. It was the only way we could get a double mattress round the tight bend and up the tiny staircase to the attic bedroom. Takes a few days to get used to and also for the plastic foam smell to go but you'll soon be getting deep sleep, fantastic support and a smooth night. I read that they can get hot in the summer but I've had mine for a few years now and I can say that I've never had anything other than a good comfortable night's sleep. The cover is top quality too and removes easily for laundering, although for the first few washes you'll get lots of fluff from it.

My gramps used to tell me that, and ive found it to be true. So when looking for a mattress i did alot of research. I generally start at the top and then work backwards until i find a product that i can afford. It soon became obvious that there was a massive difference in terms of cost and quality of materials used. But i soon stubbled across Ergoflex^®'s sale.

The same high density of foams used by the very expensive market leader but at less than half the price (I wont name names as the might loose their Temper!). I have unpacked and left it to take shape for several hours already. I tried to sleep on it and notice mind but acceptable odour. I hope it will go away in a few days. Anyway, I can sleep on it just like this with no nuisance. Now come to the point I want to tell most: my comparison between Ergoflex^® and Tempur Cloud. I went to BHS on Oxford Street to try sleeping on Tempur Cloud for like 10-15 minutes. It was too soft for me and because of that I might get back pain easily (I have a chronic back pain due to sport injury 3 years ago and my back is very sensitive to very soft surfaces) But Ergoflex^® is different. It is firmer but very comfortable. Now I have to say that it is an excellent investment choice for me as it is better than paying £1500+ for its competitors (I didn't try Tempur Original and Sensation tho). I will update my opinion later on.

Having decided that it was time to replace our divan bed, we considered the option of just replacing the mattress rather than the complete divan.

The choice seemed to be between a traditional spring interior mattress (with or without memory foam features)and a fully memory foam mattress.

With no previous experience of memory foam mattresses, we naturally had some reservations about buying one. Then we discovered Ergoflex^® and were impressed with their product, so in October we decided to 'give it a go'.

We purchased an Ergoflex^® Memory Foam Mattress (double) to replace a pocket spring mattress. We are currently using it with our old sprung edge divan base, but plan to replace this with a slatted bed frame in the new year.

The ordering process was simple and the mattress was delivered swiftly and at the promised time.

So, how has it performed over the last two months?

We're very pleased with all aspects of the mattress. It's very comfortable and delivers an excellent night's sleep. Waking in the same position I fell asleep in was not something I previously experienced very often, usually changing positions frequently during the night, but this is now a regular occurrence.

I've seen some reviews complaining that memory foam mattresses become overly hot in use. However, we have had absolutely no temperature problems with our Ergoflex^® mattress.

In summary, We made the right choice and have an excellent product that delivers all that Ergoflex^® promised.

I had decided to spend quite a bit of time searching the internet for best buy and highly recommended memory foam mattresses before deciding which one to go for. I found the Ergoflex^® website within the first half hour and had ordered my mattress shortly after. The others sites and reviews didn't come close.

The very competitively priced mattress arrived when arranged,(there is a smell when unpacked but I washed the cover which helped ) and for the first few nights I thought I'd made a big mistake. My husband and I both had a few restless nights initially as it does feel quite different but now we have adjusted its fabulous. I recently purchased and Ergoflex^® memory foam mattress. I suffer from Fibromyalgia, Bursitis, Ankylosing Sponylitis and Cervical Spondylosis and am in constant pain. Our old mattress was too firm and I was waking throughout the night in a world of pain and unable to move. I looked on the internet and weighed up my options, I read reviews and compared products and decided on the Ergoflex^®. I am so glad I did. The mattress was delivered the day after I ordered it, the courier gave us details of how to unwrap the mattress and advised us to leave it to stand for 24hrs, also to only unwrap it in the room it will be used in. I was really impressed by this as generally couriers just drop things off, get a signature and leave. The first time I slept on the mattress was heavenly, like sleeping on a cloud. I had the best nights sleep for a very very long time and although I was still in pain when I woke up, it was nowhere near the pain I used to have. I was also a lot less stiff than usual. Even sitting up in bed is more comfortable. The only problem I have is that I never want to get out of bed!! I will be recommending the mattress to by fell Fibro and Arthritis sufferers. If I'd known how good this mattress was going to be, Id have had one years ago! I've had a painful hip for years but until I slept on my Ergoflex^®, I thought that nothing could be done about it. Wrong! I spent last night in a hotel and it was only then that I fully realised how painfree I am now (as long as I'm at home!)

The mattress is described as "medium firm" which worried me a bit but I went ahead and ordered: don't worry because the mattress, though supportive, lets you sink in as well. Pressure is eased even though I am of generous build. I can sleep on either side comfortably with far less tossing and turning.

It is surprisingly weighty and arrives compactly rolled up. Open it and it rises to a good 21 cm depth. The smell, which I didn't really mind, fades to nothing over a few days.

Although not exactly cheap, it is MUCH cheaper than the comparable alternatives and, in my opinion, there was little to choose between it and the market leader's £1,700+ offering!

If you're reading this you must be toying with the idea of a memory foam mattress. If so, buy from Ergoflex^® with confidence!

We experienced a speedy delivery and excellent customer service. The products were packaged really well and took a short while to re-shape. Smells were not as bad as were let on. We ordered a king and a double, both are pretty heavy, but once in place, don't need to be turned much. It took a few weeks to get used to the memory foam as it can be quite difficult to turn in the nights compared to the pocket sprung. And it is slightly warmer than the pocket sprung, but not excessive. Both my wife and I as well as guests we've had have said the beds are extremely comfortable and aches and pains do dissapate. One problem is that it isn't compatible with my electric blanket, which I've had to stop using - however the Ergoflex^® is slightly warmer than my old mattress so it's not all bad.

I didn't really have a clue what to expect when it came to sleeping on a memory foam mattress in comparison to a usual sprung one, but it has been excellent. Me and my husband both absolutely love this mattress. We changed from a traditional spring mattress - which I did actually find comfortable - to memory foam because of a car accident where I suffered coccyx trauma, and memory foam was recommended as being more appropriate. It has actually exceeded all expectations on comfort, it is just so good. We're both constantly recommending it to others, and really miss it when we're away from it. We were worried about the much-talked about heat issue with memory foam, but it hasn't been a problem at all. It is worth saying that memory foam cannot come into contact with water, as it damages it - we've just invested in a waterproof cover as I'm currently pregnant and am a little paranoid that my waters might break in the night and ruin my mattress! We've only had the mattress six months, and can only hope that it continues to perform as well as it has so far. It's wonderful.

We found this mattress pretty smelly over the first day or so, and recommend opening it and letting it air out a bit before putting sheets on. My and my husband were both blown away by how comfortable it is, it really feels luxurious. One minor gripe is when registering the guarantee you need to check a number on a small label that was tucked away when the bed was fully made. All in all a great buy.

We'd both been finding it harder and harder to get a good nights sleep on our spring mattress, so after a lifetime (we're in our mid 50's) we decided to try something different, and that was memory foam. Researching online we identified Tempur as the one we wanted, despite the very high price tag.
