What if I decide to return my mattress during this period?
Usually, all of our mattress returns are collected by our charity partner and the collection is free of charge. Unfortunately, these collections are currently temporarily suspended as a protective measure due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and we await a confirmation date of when this service will recommence over the the coming weeks.
If you are unable to wait for our charity partner's free service to recommence we can still collect the mattress from you, however we must use a third-party service and this comes with a collection fee of £35. Once the mattress is collected we would then deduct the collection charge from the overall refund processed.
