What happens when I place an order online?

We have made every effort to make the online order process as simple and convenient as possible.

When you complete your online purchase you will receive an automatic email receipt. You will also receive a second email from our transaction partner Sage Pay, confirming the success or failure of your purchase. In the rare occasions when a transaction fails, you may receive an email from Sage Pay but no automatic receipt from Ergo Flex, however this will be clearly explained on the Sage Pay email.

Once your purchase has been fully confirmed, you will receive another email from Ergo Flex that confirms the delivery date that you have selected, or any alternative delivery arrangements. Please note that optional delivery dates are only available for customers in Zone 1.

On the evening prior to your designated delivery date, at around 7pm, you will receive an email containing the courier’s telephone number, a consignment number and a link to a parcel-tracking facility on TNT’s website. If you provided a mobile number during the check-out process you will also receive this information via SMS. Please note that this applies only to customers in Zone 1. Customers in Zone 2 and Zone 3 will receive an email with their consignment number and international courier telephone number at a later point).
